Product ID: 14 Injection Zinc Alloy Injection zinc alloy is usually used for 3-D designs which are impossible to produce in other process. Injection process also capable of making designs with many inner cut-outs. With die struck process special cut-mold needs to be made for these inner cut-outs. And injection process can even produce cut-out letters which the die struck process would not able to do. Coloring can be done by using imitation cloisonné or soft enamel. PMS colors can be matched. Please note that coloring do not apply to 3-D designs.
